2. Services
Neybor.online provides residential and commercial subscription cleaning services,
including but not limited to sweeping of shopfronts, footpaths, and residential areas.
Services are delivered on a recurring subscription basis and may vary depending on the plan selected.
3. Subscription & Payment
3.1 Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as specified at sign-up).
3.2 By subscribing, you authorise Neybor.online to charge your chosen payment method automatically.
3.3 Prices may be subject to change; any changes will be notified with at least 30 days’ notice.
3.4 All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Customer Obligations
4.1 Customers must ensure clear and safe access to the area(s) to be serviced.
4.2 Customers must notify Neybor.online of any hazards or special requirements prior to service delivery.
4.3 Neybor.online reserves the right to refuse or suspend services where conditions are unsafe, unlawful, or unreasonable.
5. Neybor.online Obligations
5.1 Neybor.online will provide services with reasonable skill, care, and diligence.
5.2 Service delivery times are approximate and may vary due to operational requirements, weather, or public holidays.
5.3 Neybor.online reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with notice where possible.
6. Cancellation & Termination
6.1 Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by providing at least 30 days’ written notice.
6.2 Neybor.online may suspend or terminate a subscription immediately if a customer breaches these Terms,
engages in abusive conduct, or fails to make payment.
6.3 Upon termination, outstanding balances must be settled in full.
7. Liability
7.1 Neybor.online accepts no liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including
loss of business, goodwill, or profits.
7.2 Neybor.online’s total liability to any customer shall not exceed the total fees paid in the preceding 3 months.
7.3 Neybor.online shall not be liable for delays or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control,
including but not limited to weather, strikes, acts of God, or government restrictions.
8. Indemnity
Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neybor.online, its employees, contractors,
and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of the customer’s
breach of these Terms, negligence, or misuse of the services.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, and materials on Neybor.online remain the property of Likkletek Limited.
You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the site or services without express written consent.
10. Data Protection & Privacy
Neybor.online complies with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
Personal data will be collected, processed, and stored securely for the purpose of delivering services.

11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
